Act 2007/HF3 & Outlook 2003



Outlook 2003 and Act 2007 integration currently in place. When creating a new email from clicking the email address within act, images in the email signature show up as a red X. The outlook email signature is set to auto insert and when creating a new email through outlook the signature works fine. Now if I delete the auto insert signature from the email that was just started from within Act and then manually re-add the signature, the images appear as they should. I am currently using this as a workaround, but would like the auto insert function to work as it should.


Any suggestions?

The image may be getting blocked by your security settings in Outlook. In Outlook, go to Tools/Options, and under the Security tab, change your Security Zone to Internet. Apply and save the changes, then close and reopen Outlook. It may also be an issue with the default email template that ACT! uses (EmailBody.adt). Try using a different template by going to Write/Email Message (from template).
