I have Act 2007, Win XP SP3, Win 2008 domain. I installed with administrator account, registered and activated Act. This works, but when a user login (non-admin), Act prompts trial mode or purchased a key. when trying to activate it, it says administrator privilege required, but it's already activated!
Is there a way to solve this? The last resort is to reinstall the OS. I tried uninstalling / reinstalling several times, do windows update, and nothing works.

I already know the user does not have local admin rights, this is in enterprise environment, no admin rights are allowed for regular staff for obvious reasons.
Are you telling me act will not work if users don't have admin rights?
