My ACT email decided to randomly shut down, and now it wont communicate with my emailmessagestore. Thankfully its still there. I ran ACTdiag and it *looks* like its pointing to the right place but it doesnt seem to be, since email looks like it has started completely fresh. I have searched the support area and am I correct that there is no basic support other than paid support??? This seems a little extreme. The product crashed and I need help getting it to work right again. Its nothing I did, it just stopped working! Can someone please help me figure out how to tell ACT how to open my emailmessagestore.

Is that problem that you cannot see your old e-mails prior to the crash? Are you able to still send/receive e-mails?
Any time the email is lost, contact support and they will be able to recover it for you. There is also a small file they can run that will backup your preferences and hopefully stop the email from becoming lost in the future.
