Act 2000 conversion to Act 2009

I recently converted ACT 2000 to ACT 2009. All of  my old templates were in ACT templates and are on my computer. When I attempt to mail merge I cannot find my old ACT templates. The only types of files I am able to display are ACT Templates for Microsoft Word. How do I change this to my old ACT templates? Thanks so much!!

If you're talking about how Act looks you need to import your Layouts. I'm going from memory, but I believe they will be in the Layout folder for your Act 2000 installation.

You may find your solution by using the HELP option in your latest verison of ACT!

  Search on keywords:  Convert Templates

Reference;  Conversion Select Email Templates

Hope this helps.
