I have been suffering an issue with our Act 20 installation. All was good at point of install / upgrade in November 2017, then when checking on return it is showing up that the automatic Calendar Synchronisation between Act and Outlook is no longer happening and has indeed not been happening for a while.
This problem is affecting all our computers with one way and two way synchronisation. Manual and Automatic Synchronisation, so suspect it is something in the core.
The error that is showing up in the Act Integration History is ;
Interface not Supported, Exception - Redemption.RDOSession, Source - Redemption.RDOSession
at Redeption.IRDOSession.set_MAPIOBJECT(Object Value)
at Act.Outlook.Integration.Utility.GetOutlookAppointmentList(DateTime start, DateTime end, ProgressService progressService)
at Act.Outlook.Sync.Common.ActivitySynchroniser,SyncAllAppointments(IConfigurationService configurationService, DateTime start, DateTime end)
We are running Act 18.104.22.168. Update 5
Outlook 2010 Version 14.0.7189.5000
Operating System is Windows 10 Pro 64bit
I have carried out the following tests / changes;
i) I have checked on the three other computers running Act within our office. All exhibiting the same issue
ii) I have disabled Anti Virus programs and rebooted the PC, same issue
iii) I have uninstalled Anti Virus programs, system restored to before last window update showing on the system restore (20-Dec), same issue
iv) I have opened Act on the Demo2018 Database and tried synchronising to this database with the same issue
v) I have stripped out all running programs except for Outlook and Act, ran and same issue experienced
Hopefully someone else has experience of this as we do use the calendar synchronisation a lot for the out of office sales person so is integral to our functionality. If you have any questions or require any further information then please do not hesitate to contact myself.

To confirm I have applied this on all the computers (For the Microsoft Office 2010 Pro installation) and the calendar now correctly synchronises to and from Outlook.
