When I "Clear" a single occurrence of a recurring activity (like a birthday) within the Alarms pop-up window, I then get 6-7 new alarms with the same date from previous years (2007, 2008, 2009 etc.). I then have to clear each one of those and sometimes it happens again. If I go to the Contact window instead, I now have multiple entries of the recurring appointment, depending on how many times I tried to clear it from within the Alarms window.
My version is Sage ACT! Pro 2013 Version 15.0.301.0. My database was imported from a previous version, Act for Windows 9 (2007?). My assumption is that this is either a glitch in Act 2013 itself, or a data import glitch between the two versions.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
