Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13.0.401.0, Hot Fix 2
Old fix vanished and now does not work on Windows upgrade from 8.1 to 10. HELP?

This issue is caused by a change that Microsoft made to a registry key in Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012. It might be possible that there was a similar change in Windows 10. Unfortunately, if the fix found in this article is no longer working, there is not much else that can be offered to resolve this issue, short of recommending upgrading, since the issue happens in older, unsupported versions of Act! which are running on versions of Windows which they were not designed to run on.

Sometimes if you add a new location and delete the old location it will fix the problem.
