Act! 11, Error, Windows 7

I have an error message on my remote database , Resolution of the dependency failed, type+ "Act.UI.ActApplication",name + Exception message is: The current build operation(build key Build Key[Act.UI.ActApplication, null, failed]).

 

It happeded after the battery in the laptop ran down and it shut down.

 

What do I do, can't find the answer on line.

I would suspect the issue is due to a damaged preferences file, but please start from the 'Run As Administrator:' solution.

As you have v11 (or 2011), the file locations it talks about may not be exact but it’s a good starting point.
