So, I had to reinstall Act 2010 due to an error message, I don't remember the original error message. At any rate, Act Tech Support says that I have to call OR manually remove the program via the instructions forwarded to me in a document.
I follwed these instructions. I believe the sql stuff is good to go after some trouble. Now it is stopping around when
LuniSoft.Net.dll is being installed giving me the 1603 error. ??!! Iam fighting this program and I don't know why. I just want to get it installed and use it. Help?

I had the some problem.
Sage suggested the same. I tried to remove act using control panel. Didn't worked.
I used act uninstall. You may find it (the right one) searching this forum.
After uninstall I reinstalled using not the up grade but a full install also provided by Sage.
It is everything OK down here after that.
