The search indexing on Outlook 2007 has broken for all incomming emails since I have added the ACT 10 Address book to it.
I repaired the installation and was able to index new emails, but it breaks the indexing again as soon as I connect outlook to act.
Does anyone have a fix for this? I use the outlook search quite extensively and if I dont' find a fix I'll have to remove the ACT addressbook.

If they do not know how to solve that and you absolutely want to use ACT you also can take an external search tool.
I can recommend Lookeen.This tool integrates in the toolbar and works really good. You can load a 14-Day-Trail Version of Lookeen on their Homepage.
