Thanks! I am supporting Act! 2010 for a client. They input data such as last visit, last contact, etc. into fields in the contact view. These inputs are tracked in the history, but we'd like a report that would list all the inputs during a date range. They don't use activities or opportunities, only the contact view. Do the fields accumulate data that can be reported on, or are they replaced each time new data is input?
