I have ACT! version 11.0, 2009, on Windows 7. This is a personal computer but was on a server. When my IT group took me off the server because of a transition to another system, my ACT! data was no longer accessable. It looks like the data is still there but they cannot access it. The ACT! database shows approximately 42,000 KB but the only thing that comes up when opening ACT! is one contact (my own).
ACT! support says they cannot help because it is an old version and I have to go to a consultant (fee of course!). Is there something I can do? thanks.
