About when will the next v18 hotfix be released?

Hi John,

We are currently working on hotfixes and service packs, but no release date has yet been confirmed.

Hotfix 5 was released,1/22. I installed it , but I can't see that anything changed. Tech Support told me that he Nav bar problem with changes not sticking would be fixed, but it was not and Hotfix 5 isn't even listed in "What issues have been fixed in Act! updates?" It only goes to Hotfix 4.
