I'm running ACT2010 on a dedicated server in a London data center and have 2 remote databases which sync to it.
Whenever the server does an automatic restart (usually due to Windows Update) act starts and sits on the login screen so the remote dtabases cannot sync until OK is pushed on the server.
Is there a way to automate this login at startup ?

OK, found my answer in another thread, ACT does not support this unless I upgrade.
Not going to upgrade, I think ACT already have far too much of my money, going to google out a solution & post it back here to save others being forced to upgrade just for the most basic functionality

You could try turning off automatic updates. What you really need is the premium version of the ACT! program so you could install the sync server which automatically starts when the system boots up and you don't need to have the ACT! program open on the server.
