Hi All, I'm new at this and I'm at a lost. I have ACT standard edition installed on a Win2003 Server in the office and also on 2 laptops, Vista Home Premium and WinXP w/SP2. When the laptops are in the office, I can application sync with no problem (server has ACT db open). However, if the laptops are to sync remotely, an error comes up even though VPN is set up. I believe VPN is working correctly because I'm able to access my Outlook. Is there something I need to add in the VPN settings? If so, what is needed? I browsed through this forum and already tried changing the db location on the server to it's IP via the actdiag command but it still won't sync. I tried calling ACT tech support but they said they can't help VPN configurations. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
