ACT2007 Email doesn't start after system crash/reinstall

My desktop crashed a few days ago, and I reloaded Win XP Home Edition. Then reloaded ACT2007. Currently the database opens, but when I select Email on the left side toolbar, I get a window PopUp saying:


Act.UI.Email.EmailConnectorInitializeException: Error - The E-Mail program is not available. --->
System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (080040154): Retrieve the COM class factory for component with CLSID {8DE5D377-74EF-8E49-B23CBA86BC5E} failed due to the following error: 80040154

I've looked at the
Error: "Act.Ui.EmailConectionINitilizeException Error The email program is not available --> system....

 

Any help is geatly appreciated.
