When I send an email through ACT! and Outlook I receive an error message - (Window title - Microsoft Office Word) "Do you want to sve the changes to ACT 11.DOT?"
I can choose Yes or No and nothing happens and it doesn't effect anything. What is causing this?
Within Word, I went to Tools > Templates and Add-ins and Act11.dot is not in the list.

Yes, rename ACT11.dot.
- Close ACT! and Office applications.
- Go to Start > Run. Type in %appdata% and click Ok.
- Browse down to ACT\ACT for Windows 11.
- Rename ACT11.dot to ACT11.old (or whatever you want).
