ACT version 11.0 opens minimized, cannot maximize

Hello,

This just started a few weeks ago. When I click to open ACT! 2009 Version 11.0, Windows 7 puts it in the task bar only. It shows me the reminders, but thats it. Any ideas??? I'm hooped if I can't open the program at all.

I searched through the community and found a few answers, but none worked for me. (Clicking Cascade on the Task Bar didn't work)

Thank you,

Dan

The program window is displaying outside of the monitor's viewing area.  Often this occurs when a second monitor is removed.  Here is an article with additional options for resolving this issue: KB Article 23807

The first solution (copied below) worked great. Saved AGAIN by this community forum. Thank you Greg!!!

Sage ACT! Window Outside of Monitor Viewing Area
This can occur due to the removal of secondary monitor or changing a monitor's display orientation from landscape to portrait. If this is the situation you may be able to Movethe window back into view. Use the following steps to select and move the Sage ACT! window into view:

  1. Click on the Sage ACT! application icon in the task bar to select it.
  2. Depress the ALT key and Space bar simultaneously, then release.
  3. Depress and release the M key.
  4. Depress an arrow key and release.
  5. Now move the mouse around to reposition the screen.
  6. Left clicking on the mouse will stop the movement.
