Hi - I am using Act! Pro Version 21.0.295.0, Update 9 with MS Outlook and I also have the same problem. When use a merge mail function, and I check the box to 'record subject line' in the History field, nothing is recorded.  Is there anything that I am not doing right?  Please help. Thanks.
