Running Act! Pro Version 18.0.501.0, Hot Fix 4
Windows 10 Pro
Outlook 2013 (Office 365)
I'm getting an error when clicking on the email field to send an email (either the direct link in contact info or via the drop down or email button from the menu) . The error is as follows:
ACT! Dialog box....
Error loading library/DLL. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80029C4A (TYPE_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY)
I'm assuming there's some sort of registry key that is messed up, but am not sure (My remote data base works fine on a similar set-up). Any ideas?
Thank you.

OK, tried the registry editor - deleted the key, restarted outlook and act... new error (Library not registered) see image:

OK, I fixed it by running office repair via control panel... all good

Ok, so it's not good.... I can run an office repair (click-to-run office 2013) and it (email) works for a time, then reverts back to the "can't load library" error. Does anyone know of a more permanent solution?
