ACT synch with Companionlink to I Phone

ACT synch with Companionlink to I Phone

Using Companionlink to synch with I Phone get me a "Unable to synchronize with the specified ACT! database.  Unspecified error." message. I understand there is a relatively simple adjustment in ACT but I don't know what it is. This also happened with a blackberry and requires a change in the ACT database of some sort. Sorry for the simple issue but it has me frozen. Help please!

Thank you for your response however I know this is an ACT problem that can be fixed quickly with some change in the recognition of the database but I can't find it.  I had this problem before and after 3 hours on ACT help got to the Atlanta help desk. They fixed it quickly but I did not write it down as that was supposed to take care of the problem.  If I find the fix I'll forward on to you
