I know this has been discussed in the past but I never found any solutions. With ACT 2010 address book attached to Outlook 2003, Outlook takes at least 90 seconds to open and then is terribly slow to do anything after that. No add-ins found in Outlook. Remove the ACT address book and Outlook is back to normal. I just wonder if anyone has found a solution. I remember somewhere seeing that customizing the screens might cause the problems but I am not sure if this is really a factor.
