We have a sales person using ACT! 15.1. We are using a shared database and the computer is running Windows 7.
The sales person will be creating a new record or updating a current record with addional information like a new address, etc. and while doing this, ACT! will "refresh" and lose any updated information that has been entered, reverting back to the record was when opened.
Any solutions to prevent this from happening would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
