Running ACT 2009 version 11.0 on Windows 7. Last week I tried to open ACT and it would not open completely, task manager said that it was not responding and tried to end the task but was not able to. I had to restart the computer to get it to close. I used the system restore on the computer and it fixed the problem. Today I tried to open ACT and it does nothing. Used the system restore and once again was able to open the program. I am sure that I am on borrowed time. Any ideas?

Tried to uninstall program. Uninstall would not work as it believed the program was still open. I had to restore the computer again. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the program. On open, it gets to "logon completed" and then hangs up and says it is not responding, it then will not close. Please help.
