ACT is Freezing Up

Whenever I have the Contact Detail page open, and I click on Groups/Companies, as soon as I click "Add Contacts to Group," the entire program freezes up.


this just started happening last month after 2 years.  I re-installed the program and it did not help.


Any suggestions or answers are much appreciated!

Most likely, the pop-up window for the function is appearing 'out-of-view'.  Here is an article with instructions for bringing it back into view: KB Article 27869
