ACT integration gets less stable every day.

I am to the point that the ACT Outlook intergration crashes repeatedly through the day.  Latest Act 19, Office 365.   Here is a sample error message.

Act! 20.1 is more suited to the latest build of Office 365.

Can try Office repair:

Ran office repair and installed latest Act update.  No it says it cannot connect with Outlook.  Act is not running in admin mode.  Running Act 19 and Office 365.

Ensure that outlook is not also running as admin - the mismatch in permissions is often what causes this issue.

If that doesn't help, try disabling UAC (User Account Control) from the User Account Control settings in Programs and Features on your PC. I'd also recommend making sure your antivirus/firewall isn't blocking the connection between the two programs.

There are a few more steps which may help in the article below (the article is slightly older, so some steps may be slightly different than described, but should be accurate on the whole).
