Getting the above error on a v17 upgrade installation after doing an upgrade from v16, and also on another server with an older Act installation.
I can't see this error mentioned anywhere else- but it seems to me that the V17 installer program is broken.
Anyone got a work around for this - As the SQL requirements are inclusive of SQL Express 2008 R2... And v16 has installed fine.
But it appears the v17 installer only allows for SQL Express 2014.
Any guidance / advice?
Seems a bit poor on the ol' quality control!
