ACT for Terminal Server

ACT for Terminal Server

When the guys are using  the Terminal server  for ACT are doing things such as adding contacts the "History" tab is not being updated. But however  it  works fine for non- terminal server users

 

Is anyone aware of a known fix for this issue ?

Welcome to the Sage ACT! User Community. So the Community members can better assist you, please provide some additional information:
- What version/build of ACT! are you using (from Help > About ACT!)?
- Are you using Citrix terminal server?
- Are there any other items not recording in history for TS users, or just contact creation/deletion?
- Did this just start happening, or has it never worked?
