When the guys are using the Terminal server for ACT are doing things such as adding contacts the "History" tab is not being updated. But however it works fine for non- terminal server users.
Is anyone aware of a known fix for this issue ?

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
