ACT email merge not working

I am doing an email merge using a modified ACT pre-defined template.


None of the template data is showing up in the actual emails (only the subject shows up).


I am doing this with a 10 contact set.


Has anyone seen this problem and how did you fix it?

Which version of ACT! (Help | About ACT!), email system, and word process are you using?


Is the entire email blank then running the template?
