We have been using the template feature on ACT! 2010 and are used to seeing the ACT! dropdown option when creating new templates in Word 2003 to add ACT! Fields. We are currently trying to train a new member of staff on a new machine and when word opens up this option isn't here.
> New Letter / New Email Template
> Opens Word 2003
> No option to add ACT! fields.
Could you please suggest how we can fix this?
