One of our users is connecting to ACT 9 (Version 184.108.40.206, Hotfix 1) via terminal service (Win 2K sp 4 machine). Using the dialer they are able to make 1 call but are then unable to hangup that call without restarting ACT. Using the CTi software (OAK) directly calls can be made and hung up at any time.
All the local machines (XP) are able to use the dialer with no problems.
Any ideas ?

dlunceford, Hi, the hangup button has no effect and after clicking no other button (eg properties) will operate. The call can be cleared from the handset and from the OAK software but ACT must be restarted before any further calls can be made.
This is only occurring on our TS (Win 2K SP4) machine, all others (XP) are working correctly. All machines are running the same version of ACT 220.127.116.11, Hotfix 1
