Many of our office PCs have been upgraded to Office 2007 however this has meant when writing a letter or other document in ACT! by Sage Premium 10 version 10.0.3 we are not prompted to create a history?!
Does anyone know of a fix for this problem?

What was the order of installation? ACT! requires Office to be present before installation. If you've upgraded Office while ACT! was installed, then you will need to reinstall ACT!.
