ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 12.1.181.0, Hot Fix 1

Hi there,

We recently updated to this version (ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 12.1.181.0, Hot Fix 1) with the exception of one person who was not in the office at the time. All the updates went succesfully, but when I come to update the final person, using the Update Act feature from the drop down menu, I get the message that "You already have the latest version of ACT!" and it won't update. The version in About is ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 12.0.409.0, Hotfix 1 so for some reason it won't update itself as the other machines have.

Can I get the update from anywhere as a stand alone download to update the machine in question?

Cheers,

Chris

You can go to our downloads site at http://act.com/downloads and download SP 1 manually. This site requires an email and password, so you may need to set up a quick profile. Once the file is downloaded and saved locally to that machine, then close all programs (including ACT!) and run the update.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
