I had to uninstall and reinstall ACT for Financial Professionals on my computer. Ever since then, it asks me to register my serial number everytime I open the ACT application. I have had to register it so many times that now it ways I've registered too many tmie and won't let me on at all. I have to call customer service to unlock it everytime! Does anyone know why it's not holding on to my registration information?

Was hotfix 3 ever applied to the ACT!? Go to Start > Run > Services.msc. See if Protexis Licensing V2 exists, try stopping the service and open ACT!. I'm guessing this is your problem. ACT! 2007 hotfix3 wasn't designed for ACT! for Financial and uninstalling ACT! will not remove the hotfix files.
