Just last week I didn't bet the prompt to record history after printing a merged word document. And today, I tried to create a template and I couldn't save it in the ACT template section.
I went onto the knowledgebase and tried everything they said except uninstalling Word (Office, really, I can't just uninstall word) and re-installing it.
Any other suggestions or insight?

Can you provide some addtional information:
- What is the operating system of your computer?
- What version of Act! are you running?
- What version of Office do you have installed?
- Was this working before?
Generally speaking, this can be caused by the Act! add-on being disabled in MS Word, or an anti-virus software blocking the communication.
