ACT! and Quickbooks 2010

Is there any way to integrate ACT! 2010 with Quickbooks 2010?

Hello ElayneW,

You would need to purchase a third-party add-on to do this. One such product is QBSalesData. There are some others as well. You can do a keyword search for "Quickbooks" on either www.sagepss.com or www.actaddons.com to explore the different options.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

There is the Xact Link for ACT! and QuicKBooks for USA. You can download a 30 day trial from here

Thje advantage of this product is that it has advanced integration to ACT! Opportunities, does not require QuickBooks installed on th local PC to create invoices from ACT! etc and is very quick to install. There is no need to have to synchronise data to ACT! and it works with ACT! version 2007 to ACT! 2010.

Re: ACT! and QuickBooks 2010

The Xact Link for ACT! and QuickBooks brochure is available to download here. The version for Canada will be released for testing on 17th May. The changes required to make it compatible with the Canadian version are for the tax handling, the rest remains the same. If you would like to participate in testing for compatibility with QB for Canada you are welcome. We are looking for 5 participants to test the product and for all those that complete the testing process, are willing to communicate to our developers and return meaningful comment on the integration, they will receive one copy of the software in the public release version for no cost. I appreciate that you may want to wait for the public release, however the design of the product is well in advance of other ACT!/QB integration products in providing a highly efficient workflow between ACT! and QB. The Xact Link for ACT! and QuickBooks works with live data, independent of any synchronization process and does not require QB installed locally to create Invoices, Estimates, Sales Orders, Sales Receipts etc. It is highly integrated with the ACT! Opportunities process, completing the sales cycle from ACT!

If you would like to participate as one of five software testers,  please contact me via the email address below.
