I have installed ACT 2007 and also have Outlook 2003 working. But they work independently. Would like at least to have an integrated contact list. i.e. Some way for ACT email fields to be added to my Outlok contacts when I want to. Need basis help. Where to look? (Not a techy)
In ACT! go to Tools, Preferences select the email tab and click on the email system setup. When selecting outlook as your email client you will be prompted to create an address book for outlook, point to your database and provide your login credentials.
The integration is very good but their is no relationship between outlook contacts and the address book pointing to ACT!
