After installing ACT and using the Mail Merge function with Outlook 2003 which seemed to work fine, now my outlook is having all kinds of problems it never had before...unable to delete, unable to receive bouncebacks, unable to receive delivered receipt notices as well as read receipt to the inbox. I had Microsoft on the phone for an hour and a half and the guy has to research what is wrong and is still clueless. Any suggestions....

I suggest having your Outlook 2003 installation CD handy when doing a detect and repair. Sometimes it will ask for it.
