ACT addin tab not showing

ACT addin tab not showing

Hey guys need some help here. one of our clients uses the ACT addin in his email and he currently has two account configured within his Outlook and he uses the ACT addin on both accounts. Recently one of his accounts no longer shows the ACT tab as it used to when opening an email. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
