ACT V13 To V17

ACT V13 To V17

Hi,

 

I have a customer who wants to go from Version 13 to 17. I need to know how this would be done do I just backup his V13 and restore it in the V17?

 

Or is it not as simple as that?

 

Can anyone help me.

Obviously before starting, as you mentioned, backup your database:

If the user is running Windows 10, only SQL 2014 is compatible with that Operating System, this is included in the installation of Act 17.1 upwards but you would have to remove the previous SQL instance.
