Hello Everyone who reads..... Any help would be great as I'm at wits end with ACT synchronization
I have setup a remote database for a colleague to work while he is offsite then when back onsite he can sync to the main database, When I first create the remote database and setup the settings the sync works fine, as soon as he takes the laptop offsite and works on the database the sync doesn't work when back onsite. It comes up with the following error message
"Unable to connect to the sync server, contact your administrator for assistance"
The server is working fully and no settings have changed since it worked previously, anyone have any ideas?

Its all pointing to what it should in the settings, the sync port has been left as its default which I know works because it did initially?
It seems like something changes when he goes offsite and tries to sync when arriving back onsite, but I dont know what
Any other suggestions?
