In May 2012 I purchased the then most recent version of ACT! together with the software which allows wireless sync with my Android device (Motorola Razrmax). On October 1, 2012 my company was acquired and the new company installed new computers - my ability to wirelessly snyc (or sync at all for that matter) disappeared. My in-house IT person (who could not solve this problem) indicated that the task that needs to be performed is the following: (1) a one way sync from ACT! database to Outlook, overwriting all data in Outlook, (2) Confirm that all data has been synced into Outlook, and (3) Reestablish the two way sync between ACT! and Outlook. Is there an ACT! technician available to help resolve this for me?

Definately don't go via Outlook to the Android, you'll end up either losing or duplicating data
