My users remote into server 2008 to use ACT! and when printing an invoice or seems to be randomly Act.scheduler.exe crashes for them. It also happens randomly when they aren't in it. I have 2 instances in event viewer that are pulled up that show it crashing this morning at 6:45 am and 8:05 am.

Welcome to the Sage ACT! Community. Is it crashing on the server only or on the local machines as well? What does the event viewer say is the error? What does the ACT! Scheduler log say? What tasks do you have scheduled? Do the failures occur when the tasks try to execute? Also, please specify what version of ACT! you are using (from Help > About ACT!).
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
