I would like be able to do a report on ACT! showing a breakdown of our contacts by country. For Example the breakdown would show x% of our contacts are from USA x% are from the UK etc.
Your help would be much appreciated.

Simplest way is to go into Contact List view. Use the Options | Customise Columns button top left to get the information you need on the screen, e.g. Contact Name, Company Country. You can then click the Country column header to sort by country. Then click the Export to Excel icon to send the list to Excel where you can get the totals you need.
