Please provide some additional details regarding the issue:
- What type of history is not being saved? Email? Word Processor?
- If email, are you using ACT! in conjunction with Outlook, or using and Internet Mail account?
- If Outlook, then what version of Outlook? 2002, 2003, 2007?
- What build of ACT! 2008 are you using? Go to Help/About ACT! and look at version (10.0.1, 10.0.2, 10.0.3?)
- If using Outlook, have you added the ACT! address book to Outlook to enable the integration? See these Knowledgebase articles:
