ACT Re-install Issue

I am trying to re-install Act Pro 2012 after hard drive wipe. When I go to activate online, I enter my serial number but it does not accept the activation request. Shall I assume this is because they show me as already being registered?

 

Is there anything I can do? This is a holiday weekend and I have 4 more days before they are at their phones.

What is the error you're getting when you attempt this?

Theres a fair chance the SN has reached it's tolerance. If you contact Sage they should be able to raise the tolerance to allow activation again.
