Does anyone have a method of electronically updating the ACT addressing to comply with USPS RIBBS / Zip+4 information? We do mailings several times each year and print lables from ACT 12 - but will need to change and comply with the NEW RIBBS format in 2014.
It appears the thing to do would be for SAGE/ACT to elecronically provide an update service (for a fee...) that ACT clients could pay and have their current records updated to meet the correct USPS fields/zip+4 or whatever is needed and then to have a local printing utility be able to print the lables from the local ACT file and meet the correct RIBBS format.
I have not yet found any utility to do this during an initial search. The RIBBS software out there could take a file-output from ACT, but would not update the ACT fields, so it becomes a one-way path.

If the updated information can be had in a delimited or Excel file format, the utility OakMerge could be used to update the ACT! data.
