I'm using Act! Pro Version 188.8.131.52, Hot Fix 1, as well as Microsoft Office Pro 2010 running on Win 7 Home Premium 32b. I'm frequently using mail merge option, to send mailings to our contact database (it's quite heavy, 75k contacts divided onto multiple groups). Everything was going fine, but for couple months it started to get messy - after couple mailings PC gets freezed, Outlook is not responding and that eventually leads to blue screen of death. That was never a issue before.
Now, i have couple of ideas what could be the reason, though im not a IT specialist. Could this be the outlook database file (which stores all mails and so on)? If yes, how can i check it's status and how can i fix it?
