ACT Pro email message does not attach

Hello,

Couple days ago we upgraded operating system from Windows7 to Windows10. We are using Act! Pro Version 17.2.217.0, Hot Fix 1 and Outlook 2013.

 

After upgrade (settings remain the same, ACT preferences double checked) ACT does not want to record e-mail history in some weird way - records title of e-mail, but does not records message itself.

 

As can be seen below - normal attachment of message (plain text in window on the right)

After the upgrade - no plain text on the right side, just attached and clip icon visible

Any ideas? WOuld be way much better if we could see the message itself in window on the right side.

Hi Havo, typically this would happen if the email preferences had been changed to record "subject, message and all attachments". If you double-click on the attachment then this will open up the entire email.

 

The preview of the body of the email will only appear if you choose the option to attach the "subject and message" instead.

 

Can you please check your email settings and confirm which option has been selected?
