After downloading the most recent upgrade, the Write Email message from Template feature no longer works. When I select this, it brings up the "Merging Records" box. Then a "Save As" box comes up allowing me to see all the templates and in the "File Name" puts Document1 (number increases based on how many times I attempt to Write Email from Template). Then my only option is to Save or Cancel. Will no pull up an email. This is going to make my job a million times more time consuming if this feature cannot be fixed. Please help!

This issue is a known issue with v16.1 that should be resolved with HotFix 1 for Service Pack one. For more information, refer to the following knowledgebase article:

We don't have service pack one. Any suggestions or links?

V16.1.207 is v16 with Service Pack 1 applied to it.
You can go to http://www.act.com/support/downloads/act-pro-v16/ and download the hotfix listed below:

Installing this should resolve the issue.
